Service

Bucket and attachment refurbishment

A worn bucket is not a lost bucket. We refurbish buckets and attachments for earthmoving machinery, play in the pivots included, and return them ready to work again.

We collect the item from your yard or directly from the job site, and bring it back once the work is done.

Services

What a refurbishment covers

Full restoration

Inspection of the item, restoration of worn areas, distorted plates and fatigued welds, until the bucket is ready to go back to work.

Pivots, pins and bushings

All play taken up: pin bores rebuilt by welding and then machined back to size, bushings and pins replaced.

Fabrication and adaptation

Floor, side walls and reinforcements rebuilt to measure, according to how the machine is actually used and what you need. Full rebuild when the item can no longer be saved.

Transport included

We collect the bucket or attachment from your yard or directly from the job site, and return it once the work is complete.

Process

From a worn bucket to one that works again

Wear on a bucket does not only show on the cutting edge. Pin bores go oval, bushings develop play, the floor thins out and the side walls distort.

We work through each part in order: the structure first, then the pivot points, and finally the finishing. Pin bores are rebuilt by welding and machined back to size, which restores the bucket's original alignment instead of approximating it.

Workshop

One contact, from collection to return

This work is carried out in the workshop of a partner company, where we work on the item ourselves. We handle collection of the bucket, follow-up of the work, and delivery back to your yard or to the job site.
