A technical partner for your equipment and your projects
Fässler Ltd supports companies in maintaining, diagnosing and developing their machines and installations, from Les Ponts-de-Martel. We work on machines where they are running, across all makes, supporting the teams already in place rather than replacing them. For work that needs two people, a back-up technician comes in as required.
The company has two permanent people: the technical work in the field, and the administration and coordination behind it, so that files keep moving while the jobs get done. The work starts with on-site service and goes all the way to building what does not exist yet.
Vision
Where we are heading
Fässler Ltd grew out of a field observation: professional businesses operating machinery run increasingly technical fleets, while the number of people able to look after them across all makes, on site and down to the electronics, is not keeping pace.
Our foundation is therefore mobile service: maintenance, diagnostics and repair where the machine stands, to limit downtime and support the teams already in place. That is what carries the business today.
Our direction goes further: to become the technical partner who designs and fits bespoke solutions when the original configuration is no longer enough. Adapting a machine to a specific use, automating an installation, developing what is missing. That work has already begun, and that is where we intend to be in a few years.

Simple dealings
Deliberately simple processes and direct communication. That makes planning with a fleet manager easier and avoids interruptions on site.
Broad, coherent competence
Mechanics, hydraulics, electrics, on-board electronics. This range means most situations can be handled without sending the customer elsewhere.
Four working languages
French, Swiss German, German and English, for both people in the company. One language barrier fewer means a wider reach: manufacturer documentation, importer hotlines and dealings with partners abroad all stay directly accessible.

A construction machinery mechanic by training, then a field technician, with stints in German-speaking Switzerland and North America, before taking up higher studies in automation electronics.

An agricultural machinery mechanic by training, with a technical vocational baccalaureate, then an agronomist. A path that links the technical, the practical and the organisational.
