Field innovation
These projects all started with a sentence from a customer: "would it be possible to…". A machine that does not quite do what is expected of it, an operation that takes two people when one should be enough, a trip out for a simple check.
We take these requests from start to finish: understanding the existing installation, designing, building, programming and commissioning. Mechanics, electrics and software are handled by the same company, which removes the areas where each trade points to the other.
Most of these projects began as a conversation on a job site.
Adaptation of a bale wrapper allowing remote control during both mobile and stationary operation.
A calculation and diagnostics toolbox for field work: six areas in one place, usable one-handed on a phone. Installs like an app, works offline, freely available to any technician.

Integration of a 2D laser guidance system and ultrasonic height control on a grading blade to improve leveling accuracy.
Getting two diesel engines, two high-voltage installations and a single mobile app to talk to each other, across 7000 kilometres and under North American standards.
Full development of a remote control and supervision solution for a grain installation spread across two distant sites. A programmable logic controller at each site handles all decision logic and safety interlocks, integrating engine data over CAN J1939 and electrical measurements over Modbus. Control runs from a mobile app, also accessible on a computer, bringing both sites into a single view.
For the operator that means running and monitoring both installations without travelling to them: an alarm is visible at once, a shutdown can be decided remotely, and trips between sites for a simple check are no longer needed.
